The terms for using this website and the family portal.
These are not your residency agreement. The residency agreement is a separate contract, signed on admission, and a copy of the exact version signed is available from the facility and in the family portal. Nothing on this page changes it.
Using the family portal
Portal access is granted individually by Shanthi Senior Residence to a nominated family contact. Your sign-in is personal to you: please do not share it. Tell the facility promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
Information shown in the portal
The portal shows information about the resident you are nominated for. It is provided to keep you informed and is not a substitute for speaking to the care team — if something looks wrong, or you are concerned about a resident's care, contact the facility rather than relying on the screen.
Availability
The portal may be unavailable at times for maintenance. It is not a means of contacting the facility in an emergency.
